PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for total knee replacement accurately determining a position and an angle of a distal bone cut surface using an intramedullary alignment rod by appropriately reflecting an individual difference of a patient, and then reproducing a content determined from a reference point of a femur knee joint using a dedicated jig to be mounted on the intramedullary alignment rod during operation.SOLUTION: The jig for total knee replacement includes: a contact part 31 coming into contact with a reference point of the knee joint of the femur; mounting parts 33 and 34 for mounting an intramedullary alignment rod (IM) to be inserted into the marrow of the femur; and an arm part 32 that connects the contact part 31 and the mounting parts and that can adjust the mounting position and mounting angle of the mounting parts 33 and 34 according to a parameter relating to the implantation of the intramedullary alignment rod (IM) that has been preoperatively determined. |
