PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of operation by preventing variation in gate voltages of parallel-connected power semiconductor elements. ! SOLUTION: A power conversion device controls parallel-connected power semiconductor elements (21) by using respective gate drive circuits (30AU and 30BU).
