The invention relates to a functional drink based on Chilean vitis vinífera grape juice enriched with polyphenols of an intermediate molecular weight, extracted from red grape varieties. This drink generates biological effects beneficial for cardiovascular health as it has an anti-inflammatory and hypolipemic effect, as well as improving the dependent nitric oxide vasodilatory capacity.
