This secondary cell module (100) is provided with an annular member (40) which allows aligning the orientation of and inserting, along an axis (A), the tip (21a) of a connection terminal (21) of a bus bar (20) and the tip (31a) of a voltage detection terminal (31), wherein the annular member has a deformable elastic unit (41) which biases the connection terminal and the voltage detection terminal in the direction pressing against each other, resulting in easy assembly and high reliability against external factors. |
