An embodiment of the present invention discloses a noise removing system comprising: a channel separation unit for separating a current frame image for each color channel and generating image data for each color channel; a brightness acquisition unit for calculating brightness data from image data for each color channel of a previous frame image; a first filtering unit for generating a first filtering value by applying a filter to the brightness data of the previous frame image; a multiplication unit for calculating a multiplication value for each color channel by multiplying the image data for each color channel by the first filtering value; a second filtering unit for generating a second filtering value for each color channel by applying a filter to the multiplication value for each color; and a gain operation unit for performing gain operation for the second filtering value for each color channel.
