The present invention relates to a method for producing a reinforced rubber thermoplastic resin with a large diameter, and to a thermoplastic resin composition including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, during a production process, only rubber latex with a large diameter is used; and an emulsifier is specified. Therefore, when the reinforced rubber thermoplastic resin with a large diameter is polymerized, stability of latex is excellent; and surface properties and thermal stability of the thermoplastic resin composition including the reinforced rubber thermoplastic resin with a large diameter are excellent. In addition, the thermoplastic resin composition generates less deposition in a mold.
