PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grind grain which is a cubical crystal boron nitride (cBN) grain used in grinding and has a unique configuration.SOLUTION: A grind grain or a super grind grain having at least one grain surface including three or more configurations protruding from the grain surface. Each of the configuration has a height (h) and a lateral length (l) which are larger than about 0.1 micrometer, and exists in a pattern of at least one selected from a ridge, a valley, a concave dent 59, and semiellipse. The grain does not have a coating material. |
