PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery apparatus capable of ensuring high operation efficiency of a Rankine cycle and efficiently using exhaust heat.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery apparatus 150A of the present disclosure includes: an exhaust heat channel 110 in which a first heat medium having exhaust heat flows; a second heat medium channel 112 in which a second heat medium lower in temperature than the first heat medium flows; a Rankine cycle 155 that includes a pump 151, an evaporator 152, an expansion chamber 153, and a condenser 154, that evaporates a working fluid by causing the evaporator 152 to implement heat exchange between the first heat medium flowing in the exhaust channel 110 and the working fluid, and that generates power by causing the expansion chamber 153 to expand the evaporated working fluid; and an exhaust-heat-recovery heat exchanger 156 that heats the second heat medium by implementing heat exchange between the first heat medium flowing in the exhaust channel 110 and the second heat medium flowing in the second heat medium channel 112, and that recovers the exhaust heat of the first heat medium.
