<p>A computerised method to facilitate teachers finding work, and schools finding teachers when required. Teachers sign up and create a profile and nominate a geographical area they will work within and days they are available. When schools need a teacher, they can enter their details, and all teachers who match the criteria (area, availability, rating percentage etc.) are notified via push notifications and/or text. The first teacher to respond to the request is given the job and details. The school will be notified via email of which teacher to expect, as well as their profile details. Afterwards, schools can endorse, rate and provide feedback to the teacher's profile. This information will be available for other schools to view.</p> |
