PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean space maintenance device which does not permit dust to enter a cleaning space and can recover dust attached to a workpiece without scattering the dust in a room. ! SOLUTION: A clean space maintenance device is placed on a desk, and includes a blow-out unit blowing out clean air and an intake unit recovering air having been blown out from the blow-out unit. The clean space maintenance device blows out air between both of the units in almost parallel to a top plate of the desk to maintain clean air between both of the units. !
