The present invention provides a Trap message processing method, a management end and a system. The Trap message processing method comprises: receiving a Trap message; obtaining a parsing identifier of a variable binding field of the Trap message; based on the parsing identifier of the variable binding field of the Trap message, determining a parsing format of the variable binding field of the Trap message; and based on the parsing format, parsing the variable binding field of the Trap message. According to a preceding manner, the processing method of the present invention can apply to parsing of a Trap message with a monitoring object being a complex object and is provided with parsing university.
