A rotating shower nozzle, comprising a casing, a surface cover assembly (60), and a vane wheel (20) rotatably disposed in the casing; vanes (22) are disposed on the top surface of the vane wheel (20); a rotating shaft (24) is disposed at the eccentric position of the bottom surface of the vane wheel (20); inclined water outlets (32) are arranged on the casing corresponding to the vanes (22); a planet reducing mechanism (50) housed in the casing comprises a gear (54) sleeved on the rotating shaft (24) and a fixed gear ring (52) disposed on the internal revolution surface of the casing; a first level reducing gear ring (542) mutually engaged with the fixed gear ring (52) is disposed on the upper part of the gear (54), and a drive gear ring (544) is disposed on the lower part of the gear (54); the surface cover assembly (60) is engaged with the drive gear ring (544) via a built-in second level reducing gear ring (562); the planet reducing mechanism (50) is utilized to realize variable ratio drive between the surface cover assembly (60) and the vane wheel (20); the planet reducing mechanism (50) realizes two-stage reduction, such that the vane wheel (20) rotating at a high speed can drive the surface cover assembly (60) to rotate at a low speed, thus realizing a good dynamic massage effect.
