Provided is a mobile communication system that allows efficient HARQ transmission and reception when using a plurality of component carriers. In the provided mobile communication system, a base station device (100) sets a mobile station device (200) with a plurality of downlink component carriers. The base station device (100) sends downlink transport blocks to the mobile station device via one or more of the downlink component carriers, and the mobile station device (200) sends HARQ control information for the downlink transport blocks to the base station device (100) using one of physical uplink control channel resources corresponding to the one or more downlink component carriers via which the downlink transport blocks were sent.
