PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room-temperature moisture thickening type thermally conductive silicone grease composition that can be stored at room temperature, that has a low initial viscosity and can be easily applied, that is thickened by moisture and thereby can be prevented from drooping, that can maintain rework property since the composition only thickens without hardening, and that has excellent heat-resistant durability.SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane expressed by the formula (4), (B) an organopolysiloxane expressed by the formula (1), and (C) a silane compound expressed by the formula (5): RSiX, where Rrepresents an alkyl group, vinyl group or phenyl group; X represents a hydrolyzable group, and e represents 0 or 1. |
