PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic scFv analog of a monoclonal antibody specific to angiotensin II type 1 receptor.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to a peptide having an amino acid sequence of EDGIKRIQDD, and comprises a polypeptide having an immunoglobulin VL domain linked to an immunoglobulin VH domain, wherein the VL domain contains complementarity determining region VLCDR1, VLCDR2, and VLCDR3, the VH domain contains complementarity determining region VHCDR1, VHCDR2, and VHCDR3, and each has the following amino acid sequence or an amino acid sequence which is at least 70% identical to it.
