PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect each other in no-collision type D2D discovery at a time of inter-terminal direct communication.SOLUTION: A user terminal capable of inter-terminal direct communication comprises: a receiving unit for receiving information on an initial allocation position of a resource to transmit a discovery signal used for inter-terminal direct communication; and a control unit for switching a resource position to transmit the discovery signal per cycle according to a preset rule.
