PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant for a fluorine polymer, which disperses the fluorine polymer sufficiently with excellent dispersibility and maintains the dispersion state for a long time with excellent dispersion stability, and which has no perfluoroalkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms and, even when it decomposes, has no possibility of generating a long-chain perfluoroalkyl-containing residue. ! SOLUTION: Provided is a dispersant for a fluorine polymer comprising a graft polymer having: a main chain polymer portion obtained by copolymerization of a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate monomer and an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer; and a side chain polymer obtained by polymerization of a methyl methacrylate monomer (c), the fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate monomer being represented by chemical formula (1) of CH2=C(R1)-CO-O-R2-RF.
