PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder provided with vibration isolation means which suppresses chatter vibration occurring during cutting with a nesting mechanism. ! SOLUTION: A tool holder 1 having a vibration isolation function of the invention includes: a long arbor part 5; a tool attachment tool which is provided at the tip side of the arbor part 5, the tool attachment tool to which a tool 15 is attached; and a shank part 2 which is located at the base end side of the arbor part 5 and attached to a rotary drive shaft of a machine tool. Vibration isolation means 7 which suppresses chatter vibration occurring during cutting using the tool 15 is provided in the arbor part 5. A long hole part 6, which is formed into a shape opened to the exterior at the tip side of the arbor part 5 and is also formed into a hollow shape along an axis center direction of the arbor part 5, is formed in the arbor part 5.
