PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake control device which can achieve both increase of vehicle deceleration and increased stability of a vehicle behavior, during execution of anti-lock brake control. ! SOLUTION: A control device performs anti-lock brake control which includes a decreasing mode for decreasing a brake force applied to both rear wheels RR and RL, and an increasing mode for increasing a brake force applied to both the rear wheels RR and RL, when braking a vehicle. Further, the control device relaxes a starting condition of the anti-lock brake control in correspondence with an increase of an acceleration ratio GR which is a ratio of an absolute value of lateral acceleration applied to the vehicle to an absolute value of front-rear acceleration applied to the same vehicle. !
