The second mixer may comprise a second material inlet for receiving a second material, a second fluid inlet for receiving the first mixture from the first outlet, and a second outlet for discharging a second mixture comprising the second material and the first mixture. The pump may comprise a pump inlet for receiving the second mixture at a first pressure and a pump outlet for discharging the second mixture at a second pressure. The second pressure may be substantially greater than the first pressure. |
