The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising pravastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an effective ingredient. Furthermore, the present invention provides a kit for treating a cardiovascular disease which prevents occurrence of diabetes, comprising a) a first composition comprising pravastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an effective ingredient and b) a second composition comprising valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an effective ingredient, and a method for treating a cardiovascular disease while preventing a side effect of diabetes occurrence, comprising a step of administering a composition comprising pravastatin and valsartan as effective ingredients into an individual, or a step of simultaneously administering a composition comprising pravastatin and a composition comprising valsartan into an individual. |
