<p>Provided are a coating member capable of coating at high speed using a minute coating needle; and a coating device using same. This coating member (4) comprises: a coating needle holder (20) including the coating needle (24); and a base that detachably holds the coating needle holder (20). The coating needle holder (20) includes cases (22, 23), a fixing member (25), and a linear-movement member (26). The fixing member (25) is arranged inside the cases (22, 23) and has the coating needle (24) fixed thereto.
