摘要 <p>Provided is an ophthalmologic apparatus, which is able to keep the eye characteristic-measuring unit from contacting the eye to be tested even when a problem occurs in detection in the optical axis direction. The ophthalmologic apparatus (10) with an eye characteristic-measuring unit (20) for measuring an eye characteristic of an eye to be tested (E) is provided with a driving unit (12) for moving the eye characteristic-measuring unit with respect to the eye being tested (E) and a control unit (33) for controlling the eye characteristic-measuring unit and the driving unit (12). The eye characteristic-measuring unit has an observation optical system (21) for acquiring an image of the anterior eye of the eye being tested (E). The control unit (33): moves the eye characteristic-measuring unit towards the eye being tested (E) while determining the characteristic value of the eye being tested (E) in the image of the anterior eye acquired by the observation optical system; and when the change in the characteristic value shows a tendency to decrease with movement of the eye characteristic-measuring unit toward the eye being tested (E), stops the movement of the eye characteristic-measuring unit towards the eye being tested (E) and sets the stop position as the limit position (Ar) for limiting movement toward the eye being tested (E).</p>
