<p>The present invention relates to a phase change energy storage material, comprising an energy storage main body material, a thickening agent, a nucleating agent and a reinforcing material, the mass percentage content being: 75%-99% energy storage main body material, 0.1%-10% thickening agent, 0.2%-15% nucleating agent, and 0.01%-8% reinforcing material. The energy storage main body material is water of crystallisation and a salt. The thickening agent consists of one or more of inorganic thickening agents, fibers, polyacrylates, polyurethanes, or natural polymer thickening agents. The nucleating agent consists of one or more of tetrasodium pyrophosphate, trisodium phosphate decahydrate, calcium sulphate dihydrate, potassium sulphate, potassium borate, barium hydroxide octahydrate, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, or sodium sulphate. The reinforcing material is one or more of a metal and a metal oxide powder, carbon material, nanoparticles, or foam material. The selection of suitable materials and ratios reduces the degree of supercooling and the appearance of phase separation, and good cycle stability is exhibited. The addition into the system of a reinforcing material creates a thermal conduction network, more than doubling the thermal conductivity of the material.</p> |
