The present invention relates to a method for screening an antimicrobial agent which suppresses Microbacterium trichothecenolyticum or a bad odor-producing microorganism in an air conditioner, and to a method for removing a bad odor in an air conditioner. The Microbacterium trichothecenolyticum, a bad odor-producing microorganism in an air conditioner of the present invention can be used in developing a novel antimicrobial agent or developing a new aroma for blocking a bad odor by identifying the chemical properties of the metabolite of the Microbacterium trichothecenolyticum. Furthermore, the microorganism of the invention can be used in order to initially make an environment in an air conditioner where the microorganism can not inhabit and fundamentally remove the cause of a bad odor, thereby having a variety of industrial applicability. |
