In the present invention, disclosed are a method and a system for inhibiting fuel cell stack from being dried, comprising a fuel cell stack which has an anode to receive hydrogen from a hydrogen supplying part and a cathode to receive air from an air supplying part; and a reactor used for capturing hydrogen and oxygen which are discharged out of the fuel cell stack and for making the same react with each other, thereby increasing humidity of hydrogen supplied to the anode and increasing water content in a catalyst layer of the anode.
