Provided is a gaze tracking apparatus for a user wearing a vision aid device. More specifically, the gaze tracking apparatus of the present invention comprises: a lighting unit radiating an infrared ray to a user respectively from a first infrared lighting and a second infrared lighting; an image acquisition unit acquiring an eye image of a user, which includes a first specular reflection, a second specular reflection, a first lens reflection and a second lens reflection; and a processor removing the second lens reflection when interference between the first specular reflection and the second lens reflection occurs within the acquired eye image and calculating a gaze location of a user by using the coordinates of the first specular reflection and user calibration information.
