PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting uplink control information and a device for it in a radio communication system that supports carrier wave aggregation and operates in TDD.SOLUTION: A method according to the invention includes the steps of: generating a first HARQ-ACK set for a first cell by using an L1 value; generating a second HARQ-ACK set for a second cell by using an L2 value; and transmitting bit values corresponding to the first and second HARQ-ACK sets. If the value of UL DAI (W) is 1 or 2, L1=min(M1, W) and L2=min(M2, W). If the value of UL DAI (W) is 3 or 4, L1=L2=W. M1 corresponds to the number of downlink sub-frames of the first cell, M2 corresponds to the number of downlink sub-frames of the second cell, and the first cell and the second cell have discrete UL-DL configurations. |
