PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material which uses reinforcing fibers, an adhesive compound, and a thermoplastic resin and is excellent in impact resistance characteristics. ! SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced composite material contains reinforcing fibers (A), an adhesive compound (B), and a thermoplastic resin (C). The adhesive compound (B) has two or more specific structures in one molecule. The thermoplastic resin (C) contains an element other than carbon in a repeating unit structure of the main chain.
