Provided are a scheduling method, device and system, which are used in a communication system with a plurality of cells. Each cell of the plurality of cells corresponds to a real scheduler. A centralized virtual scheduler comprises: a determination unit used for determining a transmission power of a first cell, the first cell being each cell of the plurality of cells in the communication system; and an interface unit used for sending the transmission power determined by the determination unit to the real scheduler corresponding to the first cell, so as to indicate the real scheduler corresponding to the first cell to schedule a user equipment using the transmission power determined by the determination unit with the first cell. Therefore, by means of a hierarchical scheduling architecture of the present invention, overall coordination of the transmission power is carried out among a plurality of cells by an upper-layer centralized virtual scheduler, so as to indicate a lower-layer real scheduler to schedule the UE at a transmission power coordinated thereby, so that the interference between cells can be reduced, thereby improving the overall network performance. |
