<p>A vehicle insurance service remote-handling system and method thereof, comprising: a vehicle information verification module containing vehicle information, a smart device and a remote insurance reporting and insurance handling service platform; when a vehicle has an accident, starting the smart device to read the encrypted vehicle information recorded in the vehicle information verification module; using a camera to shoot photos and/or videos of the site of the accident and damage and injuries; inputting the insurance report by a pickup module; obtaining the vehicle accident location and insurance reporting time; encrypting and packaging the photos and/or videos of the site of accident and damage and injuries, the insurance report, and the vehicle accident location and insurance reporting time into a data packet; uploading the data packet to the remote insurance reporting and insurance handling service platform; the remote insurance reporting and insurance handling service platform checks the data packet; if the data packet is verified, then informing the insured that the insurance report was accepted; and if not, then informing the insured that the insurance report was not accepted.</p> |
