PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide isolated binding molecules that bind to human OX40R, including OX40R antibodies, antigen-binding fragments of OX40R antibodies and derivatives of OX40R antibodies.SOLUTION: The invention provides an isolated binding molecule that binds to the human OX40R with a Kof 1x10M or less, and has an agonist activity on the human OX40R. Also provided are nucleic acid molecules encoding amino acid sequences of these binding molecules, vectors comprising these nucleic acid molecules, host cells including these vectors, methods for preparing these binding molecules, pharmaceutical compositions comprising these binding molecules and methods for using these binding molecules or compositions. |
