PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling guide device facilitating attachment/detachment of a moving block to/from a track rail and a rolling guide unit with the rolling guide device. ! SOLUTION: A rolling guide device includes: a track rail on which a rolling element rolling surface formed along an axial direction; and a moving block assembled into the track rail via many rolling elements, including a plurality of infinite circulation paths for the rolling elements, and guiding a movable body along the axial direction of the track rail. The moving block includes a pair of split bodies each including an attachment surface for the movable body and the infinite circulation paths; and a hinge mechanism having a rotational axis parallel to the axial direction to the track rail, and rotatably assembling together the paired split bodies.
