PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bacterium detection method which can efficiently detect a captured bacterium by a simple method, a bacterium examination device and a bacterium examination apparatus. ! SOLUTION: A bacterium examination device includes a container body 100 in which a prescribed flow path is formed and a bottom surface 111 thereof is made of a permeation member. The flow path comprises: a normal flow path region 101 including a cross section where a granular material 107 and a liquid sample 108 flow down at the same time; a flow path width reducing region 103 of which path width is gradually reduced in a midway of the flow path; a minimum width flow path region (banking portion) 104 in which the minimum flow path width of the flow path width reducing region is kept; and a deposition region 110 which is formed by a part of the normal flow path region and the flow path width reducing region.
