PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal and a diagnostic device which execute self-diagnostic processing without battery consumption or execute the self-diagnostic processing without power supplied from an external power supply. ! SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 1 which wirelessly receives power from a diagnostic device 2 via a coil 101, starts up each function block unit concerning self-diagnostic processing, and executes the self-diagnostic processing of its own radio communication terminal. Further, the radio communication terminal establishes wireless communication via the coil 101, and transmits a diagnostic result to the diagnostic device 2 via the established wireless communication. !
