摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting high-purity bisphenol fluorene that can be reused as a raw material for an optical resin, from a waste polycarbonate resin having a fluorene structure. ! SOLUTION: A polycarbonate resin having a fluorene structure is hydrolyzed in the presence of an aqueous metal hydroxide solution to produce bisphenol fluorene; the bisphenol fluorene produced by the hydrolysis is selectively distributed in an organic solvent without carrying out a special operation such as an acid treatment; and the bisphenol fluorene can be separated from other bisphenol components or inorganic components.
