PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cover which can be easily fitted and removed and can be versatilely used even when hole size varies. ! SOLUTION: A sheet-like cover 100 comprises: a flexible sheet 110; and a plurality of locking claws 121, 122 and 123 which are deflectable, with respect to the sheet 110, in a direction perpendicular to the sheet surface. This constitution enables the sheet-like cover 100 to be easily fitted and removed. If a hole is large enough so that two or more locking claws can be inserted therein with the hole covered, the sheet 110 is less likely to move when the hole is covered.
