The present invention improves system performance for mobile communication (group mobility) at a number of terminals present within the same mobile body. This mobile communication system is provided with: a first communication system including a user terminal (11) present within a mobile body (10), a first wireless base station (12) for forming a cell within the mobile body (10), and a first core network (40) connected to an external network (50); and a second communication system including a wireless mobile station provided in the mobile body, a second wireless base station (20) for forming a cell in the mobile path of the mobile body (10), and a second core network (60) connected to the second wireless base station (20). The first wireless base station (12) and the wireless mobile station (20) are connected by a user plane interface and control plane interface between the wireless base station and the core network.
