PREPARATION METHOD OF SINGLE CRYSTAL DIAMOND GRIT

Disclosed is a preparation method of single crystal diamond grit. Micron-scale single crystal diamond and at least one type of micron-scale metal powder are fully dispersed in sol comprising at least one type of nano metal powder, and an appropriate ratio of the two types of metal powder in different orders of magnitude is controlled, thus making most pores in the micron-scale single crystal diamond be filled with the micron-scale metal powder. Only an appropriate amount of the nano metal powder is required to make the micron-scale metal powder and the nano metal powder coat a surface of the micron-scale diamond together to form a coating layer that is complete and even and comprises at least two types of metal particles. Thus, the finally prepared single crystal diamond grit presents a unique rough feature on a surface, presents more contact points and contact surfaces during a grinding process, and has high self-sharpening performance.
