The invention relates to a method at an intermediate network node of providing a service requested by a mobile terminal in a wireless communications network and the intermediate network node performing the method. The intermediate network node (102) comprises a processing unit (108) and a memory (105) containing instructions (109) executable by the processing unit, whereby the intermediate network node is operative to receive a first request for a service from the mobile terminal (101), and receive application software (106) configured to be executed at the intermediate network node to provide the mobile terminal with at least part of the requested service. The intermediate network node is further operative to provide the mobile terminal with the at least part of the requested service, wherein a subsequent request related to the service of the mobile terminal terminates at the intermediate network node, and provide the mobile terminal with at least part of the service requested in the subsequent request on behalf of a provider of the service.
