A self-adaptive horizontal stabilizing device and a vehicle suspension system using same. According to the self-adaptive horizontal stabilizing device, a pump torsion actuator (75) is assembled between a left stable rod member (73) and a right stable rod member (74); a shell and a rotor of the pump torsion actuator (75) are respectively arranged at the opposite ends of the left stable rod member (73) and the right stable rod member (74) without rotation relative to the rod members; a left air spring (71) is connected to a forward pump port (751) of the pump torsion actuator (75) by a piston cylinder; a right air spring (72) is connected to a backward pump port (752) of the pump torsion actuator (75) by a piston cylinder. In the use process, the forward or backward rotation of the pump torsion actuator (75) is driven by the left stable rod member (73) and the right stable rod member (74), and then the boosting for the vehicle frame at rolling side is realized by the forward or backward rotation of the pump torsion actuator (75) to improve the rigidity of the air spring corresponding to the rolling side of the vehicle frame. The aim of inhibiting the rolling of the vehicle body is realized by the linkage of the stable rods and the air springs of the vehicle suspension system in the driving process, and the self-adaptive horizontal stabilizing device is simple in structure and small in control difficulty.
