A non-pressure valve (104) is provided, and includes a tubular housing having an inlet (208) and an outlet (206), and a flow-through support mount (226) disposed in the outlet (208). The non-pressure valve (104) also includes a poppet (214) slideably coupled with the flow-through support mount (226) and extending towards the inlet, and an outlet fitting (242) extending through the flow-through support mount (226) and the first poppet (214), the outlet fitting (242) forming a slide guide for first poppet (214). The non-pressure valve (104) also includes a sliding bell (216) disposed around a portion of the first poppet (214) and configured to slide independently of the first poppet (214). The non-pressure valve (104) functions to divert a portion of the fuel flow through a hose to the remote fuel vent.
