The present invention relates to a pillow which can be attached to a head rest of a vehicle to be used. More specifically, a buffer material is inserted into the pillow to maximize an effect of a cushion, and the head rest pillow is capable of improving riding comfort of the vehicle. The purpose of the present invention can be used regardless of types of the head rest for a vehicle seat and is easily detached to easily be cleaned and enables a passenger to feel comfortable when the passenger rides in the vehicle to improve dignity of the vehicle. The present invention relates to the pillow wherein the buffer material is filled installed in the head rest installed in the vehicle seat to be used. The present invention absorbs an impact during a vehicle collision and provides comfort to a user by the high quality pillow made of sheepskin suede or suede or chamois or alcantara or leather and the buffer material made of memory foam, latex, foam pad, goose feather, duck feather, or drop cotton in order to improve the riding comfort of the vehicle.
