PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep balance between necessity of positional information and privacy of a user in MDT (Minimization of Drive Test) to minimize drive tests.SOLUTION: A communication system describes a mobile communication device receiving an MDT setting request from a base station or a radio network control station to start an MDT measurement period to obtain measurement data and position related data to identify a position related to the measurement data. The mobile communication device checks a user approval indicator in a storage and provides the position related data only when the user approval indicator indicates that a user of the mobile communication device approves provision of the position related data.
