PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of a processing stack produced through the entire data communication system.SOLUTION: The data generated by a generation unit of a first device is transmitted to a second device by a transmission unit at a predetermined transmission rate. A processing unit of a second device processes the received data. A processing speed calculation unit of the second device calculates the processing speed of data in the processing unit. A notification unit of the second device notifies the first device of the processing speed. A rate setting unit of the first device calculates an appropriate rate at which data is transmitted to the second device on the basis of the processing speed of data in the second device and sets the appropriate rate so that the data is transmitted to the second device at the appropriate rate.
