PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple fee payment processing in a range designated only by a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: Provided is an electronic settlement payment system for performing electronic settlement by access of each mobile terminal 10 to an electronic money paying machine 70 connected to an electronic money management server 30. Each mobile terminal 10 includes an electronic money storage unit storing an amount of electronic money charged by the electronic money management server; an electronic money input/output control unit adding a predetermined amount to the amount of the electronic money stored in the electronic money storage unit upon receiving a charge response; an electronic settlement unit performing electronic settlement by subtracting a charged amount from the amount of the electronic money stored in the electronic money storage unit based on the claim information by access of the mobile terminal 10 to the electronic money paying machine 70; and an electronic settlement instruction unit prohibiting a charge response of the other designated mobile terminal 10, and allowing electronic settlement of the other designated mobile terminal 10 as electronic settlement by subtracting an amount from the amount of the electronic money stored in the electronic money storage unit. |
