PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function that enables a user himself/herself to customize processing for items for which the user is likely to erroneously input in a web application.SOLUTION: An information processing device is provided with a plug-in program that enables processing for an event issued in association with an object operated by a user to be replaced with processing customized by the user and to be executed. The information processing device makes event customization information storage means store a key generated on the basis of a result of an operation for the object and customization processing defined by the user according to the operation in association with each other; retrieves event customization information in the event customization information storage means by a key generated on the basis of a result of a user operation; obtains the customization processing; and executes the customization processing.
