PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect reduction in input voltage with low power consumption, in a simple configuration. ! SOLUTION: A power supply device includes: a voltage detection unit 200 which detects an AC voltage of an AC power supply 1; a zero-cross detection unit 300 which detects a zero-cross point of the AC voltage; a zero-cross output unit 400 which outputs a zero-cross signal, according to the AC voltage detected by the voltage detection unit 200 and a result detected by the zero-cross detection unit 300; an AC power supply connection control unit 100 which controls the AC voltage to be input to the zero-cross detection unit 300; and an AC load phase control unit 8 which controls the AC power supply connection control unit 100 according to a state of the AC load unit 9 to be supplied with electric power, and outputs a control signal for controlling whether to supply power to the AC load unit 9 on the basis of the state of the AC load unit 9 and the zero-cross signal. !
