PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe screw coupling capable of ensuring coupling tensile strength equal to or stronger than the strength of steel pipe main bodies even if tapered screws of coupled parts loosen. ! SOLUTION: A steel pipe screw coupling comprises: a tubular pin 2 joined to an end surface 11A of one steel pipe main body 1A; and a tubular box 3 joined to an end surface 11B of the other steel pipe main body 1B. In the steel pipe screw coupling, a tapered male screw 2 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the pin 2, a tapered female screw 32 is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the box 3, the pin 2 is fastened to the box 3 by fitting the male screw 22 into the female screw 33, and the following expressions (1), (2), and (3) are satisfied. !
