PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab structure of a cab-over type vehicle that effectively prevents attack to a small vehicle cabin in the event of an off-set head-on collision with a small vehicle. ! SOLUTION: In the cab structure 1 of a cab-over type vehicle, both lower end parts in a vehicle body width direction of a front panel member 2 constituting a cab front face is inclined at a predetermined angle on a vehicle body backward side, a front edge part of a floor panel member 6 constituting a cab floor face is bent along a shape of a lower edge part of the front panel member 2, and a front edge part of a side panel member 3 constituting a cab side face is bent along a shape of a lateral edge part of the front panel member 2. !
